The More Sequins, the Better

THE most important thing about New Years Eve is THE DRESS. Well, let's just say it deserves a spot at the top of the list. Spending quality time with friends and family, reliving memories of the past and discussing hopes for the future, should really be numero uno. Sorry, my "fashion blogger" brain spoke first.
